Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to oversee and support the day-to-day clinical operations within our chiropractic team. This leadership role involves supervising and training chiropractic assistants, coordinating patient care and therapies, managing front desk duties, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a medical or chiropractic office is required.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in patient care documentation and familiarity with office software systems.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus for supporting language translation needs.

Responsibilities

  • Train and oversee chiropractic assistants, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Maintain organization and an active leadership presence on the treatment floor.
  • Assist with patient intake, prepare patients for exams, and document relevant visit information.
  • Provide guidance and instructions on Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
  • Perform and supervise therapies as prescribed by the chiropractor.
  • Handle all scheduling, appointment confirmations, and front desk operations.
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and quick access to care in collaboration with other team members.
  • Support translation services when necessary to ensure clear communication with patients.
  • Identify and implement office procedure improvements and new materials.
  • Communicate patient concerns to the Practice Manager and Chiropractor as needed.
  • Uphold a high standard of patient care with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
