About The Position

My Gym San Carlos is hiring a Full-Time Lead Children’s Fitness Instructor to deliver high-quality children’s fitness classes, gymnastics-based movement programs, and early childhood enrichment for children ages 3 months to 10 years. This full-time role is ideal for a dependable professional seeking stable hours, long-term growth, and leadership responsibility in a child-focused fitness environment. In this role, you will lead energetic parent-participation and independent classes that build coordination, strength, confidence, and social skills in a safe, structured, and engaging setting. You will work closely with families, mentor teammates, and help maintain consistent program quality across all classes.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Consistent availability across weekdays and weekends required
Ability to pass a background check
Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active on your feet for extended periods
