Lead Child Residential Care Specialist

Southeastern Integrated Care LLCSiler City, NC

About The Position

You’ve worked with youth who test limits, push boundaries, and sometimes struggle to trust the adults around them. You understand that behind those behaviors are unmet needs, past experiences, and opportunities for growth. And you also know—real change doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through consistency, structure, and strong relationships. We’re looking for an experienced professional who is ready to step into a lead role—someone who can guide staff, support youth, and help create an environment where progress is possible. If you’ve ever felt driven to make a difference… this is where that purpose meets action. As a Lead Child Residential Care Specialist, you will oversee daily shift operations while remaining actively engaged with both staff and youth.
