ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Setup and delivery of catering events with the ability to show creativity and originality in food presentations. Maintain equipment stock and recommend purchases. Plan menus with Executive Chef. Monitor product quality and timeliness. Keep abreast of trends and developments with-in the industry. Meet with clients to set up events. Carry out and report survey results. Responsible for maintenance of catering equipment, including vehicle. Responsible for cleaning and organizing catering storage area. Follow all departmental policies and procedures. Operate under HACCP/Food Safety procedures at all times. During deliveries, practices road courtesy at all times. Obeys all traffic laws. Demonstrates defensive driving techniques. Perform other duties as assigned.
