Lead Cashier
About The Position
A Lead Cashier’s role is to assist the Front End Manager in supervising and coordinating operations and activities throughout the Front End of the store. A Lead Cashier is responsible for maintaining a level of exceptional customer service and ensuring our Guests have a positive experience, especially during times the Front End Manager is unavailable or not present. After successfully demonstrating initiative, exceptional leadership skills and dedication in the workplace, a general cashier may apply to an open position of Lead Cashier. Promotions to the Lead Cashier position are earned by being trusted Team Members who have demonstrated they are highly effective in their jobs and who have a strong work ethic.
