This full-time temporary Lead Case Manager position is gender responsive, serving male identifying participants. The Lead Case Manager will support participants who have substance abuse and who are currently involved in the Criminal Justice system. Working in close partnership with Probation and Parole Officers and community partners, the Lead Case Manager acts as a peer role model and documents the progress for each participant. The Lead Case Manager assists participants in engaging in addiction recovery activities and developing recovery support in various communities. This is a temporary role, expected to last through June 30, 2026.
