About The Position

We're Hiring: Lead Caregiver – Caring Senior Service of Chandler Make a difference in the lives of seniors every day! Do you have a heart for helping others and experience in senior care? We’re looking for a Lead Caregiver to join our caring and supportive team in Chandler and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in caregiving or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Basic admin/computer skill

Nice To Haves

• CNA or HHA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to seniors
• Lead and support a team of caregivers
• Help with training, scheduling, and team coordination
