About The Position

Caring Senior Service is seeking a dedicated Lead Caregiver to provide compassionate, high-quality care to seniors in Farmington Hills and surrounding communities. If you’re experienced in senior care, have strong leadership skills, and want to help our team deliver exceptional service, this role is for you.

As a Lead Caregiver, you’ll ensure every client receives top-quality care while supporting and mentoring a team of caregivers. You’ll play a key role in fostering a collaborative, compassionate work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in senior care or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active vehicle insurance.
• Administrative skills and willingness to travel throughout the service area.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
