Whether you’re looking to grow your career or gain new skills, this role offers paid training , competitive pay , excellent benefits , and long-term advancement opportunities . 📍 Location: 329 Bethel Avenue Aston, Pennsylvania 19014 United States 💲 Starting Pay: $17.00-$22.00/hour 🕐 Status: Full-Time | Immediate Hire 🕔 Schedule: start time 5:00AM or 6:00AM, 5 days a week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are required. 🚗 IMPORTANT: A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION 🚗 Applications without a valid driver’s license will not be considered. Responsibilities As the Lead Car Loader/Unloader , you’ll play a dual role: managing day-to-day vehicle loading and unloading operations while also supporting the development and success of the Car Runner team. You’ll be responsible for training, mentoring, and orienting new employees to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform their tasks safely and efficiently. You’ll also work hands-on to help drive vehicles on and off railcars, ensuring inventory and quality control processes are followed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in vehicle loading/unloading or terminal operations.
  • Strong Leadership Capabilities
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to train current staff
  • Ability to work closely with management
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • A willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 40lbs over head while standing
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs both off and on railcars
  • Open availability required (all shifts, weekends, and holidays)
  • Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Manual transmission experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the Car Loader/Unloader team during daily operations.
  • Train new team members on safety procedures, loading/unloading protocols, and quality standards.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Load and unload vehicles from railcars and properly park them in designated areas.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for inventory and quality control.
  • Act as a point of contact between team members and site leadership.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment through training, awareness, and enforcement of safety protocols.
