What You’ll Get to Do The Sr Loader/Unloader - 2nd Shift is focused on inspecting and locating shower door glass and hardware, ensuring that the matching hardware is 100% accurate and included in shipping of the product. This position reports to the Production Manager. This role is perfect for an individual with a strong attention to detail particularly in areas of safety, quality, and efficiency, strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment . A vital member of the Production Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate
  • Available to work overtime when required
  • Regular and predictable attendance

Responsibilities

  • Receive hardware into the OBE system and retag as necessary
  • Locate and inspect shower door glass, matching it with hardware
  • Track orders to completion, ensuring glass and hardware are shipped together without exceptions
  • Reject defective glass and send it for recut
  • Ensure continuity of the process by: Receive other goods into the OBE system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
  • Perform different job functions on a rotating basis across different departments
