Who This Role Is For You are: A senior carpenter with strong cabinet and finish-work experience Comfortable leading jobs, not just assisting Skilled with miters, scribing, fillers, panels, crown, and trim Trusted to make on-site decisions without hand-holding Professional with homeowners and respectful of occupied homes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5+ years cabinet installation / finish carpentry experience
  • Proven experience leading installations or crews
  • Strong woodworking fundamentals and professional jobsite practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full install day
  • Experience working in occupied residential homes
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
  • Own professional-grade hand tools (specialty tools provided)

Responsibilities

  • Lead full kitchen cabinet installations (new cabinets + refacing projects)
  • Execute high-level finish carpentry, including: Mitered trim & molding Crown molding Scribing to walls/ceilings Custom fillers, panels, and modifications
  • Read plans/elevations and take precise measurements
  • Problem-solve real-world site conditions (out-of-square walls, uneven floors)
  • Direct and mentor installers/helpers
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers
  • Maintain a clean, professional job site (protection + daily cleanup)
  • Inspect work for accuracy and craftsmanship before sign-off
