Great Earning Potential: Starting pay ranges from $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE), with the opportunity to increase your earnings quickly as you learn and transition into a full installer role. Our compensation includes a bonus structure and tips. Career Path: This is a full-time, permanent position designed to grow into a skilled Installer/Trim Carpenter role. Requirements

Have a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm for hands-on work.
Are reliable, punctual, and have respect for themselves, coworkers, and clients' homes.
Possess basic problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Are willing to learn and follow instructions from experienced installers.
Can safely handle and transport material up to 50 pounds.
Can reliably commute or relocate to Bothell, WA 98011 before starting work.
Must be able to pass a background check and possess a valid Driver's License (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Assisting our skilled Installers with on-site installations of custom closet and storage systems.
Learning proper installation techniques, tool usage, and client interaction.
Loading, unloading, and safely carrying materials (up to 50 pounds) to the job site.
Preparing the work area and maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tools and the company vehicle.
Adhering to all safety standards and using required protective gear.
