We are seeking a driven and strategic Buyer to join our Procurement team at 80 Acres Farms. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a critical role in the build-out and expansion of our innovative farming facilities while helping scale a fast-growing, technology-driven organization. Based at our Hamilton, Ohio headquarters, this position includes frequent collaboration and on-site presence at our Hamilton and Northern Kentucky facilities. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership to negotiate and procure the materials, equipment, and services required for new facility construction, refits, and initial load-outs — while also supporting ongoing replenishment needs across our network. You’ll have substantial decision-making authority over high-value purchases and projects, directly influencing cost, quality, and operational success. As a key external representative of 80 Acres, you will build strong supplier partnerships, lead strategic negotiations, and drive value through thoughtful sourcing strategies.
