About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Systems Analysts to lead the development and management of technology products throughout their lifecycle. Reporting into IT, this role will oversee multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring delivery across business functions while maintaining alignment with enterprise priorities, while using AI to optimize and reimagine. The lead business systems analyst will partner closely with Product Owners, IT delivery teams, and program resources to ensure successful product delivery and adoption across the organization. Leverage expertise in corporate applications with deep focus on integrating data using AI to reimagine the processes across Compliance, HR, Finance and Health Care Informatics areas. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in Technology Product Management or Program Management with experience in leading teams within enterprise IT specific to Compliance, HR, Finance and Health Care Informatics, with hands-on configuration experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing backlog or roadmap with multiple projects and activities in progress.
  • 5+ years of experience in translating pain points or business objectives into technical solutions that span multiple departments and processes in a mid or large enterprise IT environment(s) required.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery practices, backlog management, and cross-team coordination
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align product initiatives with long-term business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks in the product development process.

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Data and AI experience is preferred to support multiple applications and product manage the roadmaps

Responsibilities

  • Manages, plans and coordinates the development of new products, enhancements of existing products and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs.
  • Lead end to end project implementation for business needs.
  • Responsible for full depth of activities ranging from strategy and design definition to execution for specific projects to deliver meaningful business outcomes
  • Understands business unit operations and identifies opportunities to leverage technology to increase efficiency or effectiveness
  • Strong Business and Technology coordination with ability to lead Technology Products in Compliance, HR, Finance and Health care informatics with Medicare background.
  • Ability to work with internal and external (partner) stakeholders and define roadmaps
  • Oversee multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring consistent delivery quality, governance, and alignment across workstreams
  • Partner with Product Owners, where applicable to refine backlogs, prioritize features, and translate business needs into actionable IT requirements.
  • Work closely with Program/Project Managers to manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across parallel implementations
  • Translate high-level business requirements into roadmaps, technical specifications and delivery plans, balancing value, feasibility, and scalability
  • Coordinate IT teams (developers, architects, QA, data, integrations) to deliver secure and reliable IT solutions
  • Oversee integration and data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to governance standards.
  • Support testing, deployment, and release management, partnering with QA and change management teams to ensure smooth go-lives
  • Track and report on program-level progress, KPIs, and adoption metrics, providing transparency to IT and business leadership
  • Responsible for effective Change Management for IT led projects and changes.
  • Review test plans, communications, training plans, delivery schedules, and project plans
  • Maintain positive relationships with business, IT and vendors by proactively setting expectations, coordinating information exchange and reporting project progress and risks.
  • Keep management informed of key issues
  • Measure and communicate business value realized with the business stakeholder on a periodic basis
  • Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our customers
  • Leads teams in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives which result in operational efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Responsible for applying operational system knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to deliverables, processes, and systems to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Experience using AI and Automation to reimagine processes and workflows across platforms.
  • Ability to maximize solutions from the platforms and rapidly augment with AI
