About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior-level individual contributor to design and provide strategic communications direction for U.S.-based real estate portfolio projects and related programs. The Lead Business Execution Consultant will serve as the primary communications expert on all real estate initiatives encompassing real estate transformation and consolidation strategies, portfolio market initiatives, major construction efforts, experience enhancements, employee awareness of property offerings, and comprehensive management of property‑related issues. In this role, you will: Communications and Change Management Support: Develop or influence highly complex communications support plans and materials across Corporate Properties teams and functions. Provide principal-level strategic consulting services to client organizations. Lead the communications strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges. Deliver communications solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others. Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the real estate communications strategy then create and execute corresponding plans and initiatives. Act as communications advisor to leadership as needed and liaison with other communications teams. Functional Effectiveness Projects/Programs: Collaborate with relevant teams and lead communications plans and programs that support major real estate construction projects. Strategically support communications and change management activities around workplace changes, particularly those that impact the workplace experience. Serve as key communications contact for the Workforce and Location Strategy team; execute all communications plans in support of this key company-wide initiative. Strategically support communications and change management activities around workplace issues. Lead real estate related storytelling, including managing Corporate Properties’ Teamworks/CPGi content. Support related Corporate Properties teams with communications templates and tailored content (i.e. Move Management, Property Management). Support and track real estate media relations needs. Success Measures: Stakeholder Understanding and Satisfaction: Positive feedback from functional leaders and impacted teams. Adoption Rates: Successful implementation and sustained use of new ways of working. Efficiency Gains: Reduction in manual effort or resource waste within targeted functions. Strategic Alignment: Initiatives directly support enterprise functional priorities. Organizational Health: Improvements in engagement, feedback responsiveness, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of experience creating, managing and executing communication strategies
  • 1+ years of real estate experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in analyzing and preparing strategic communications strategies and plans
  • Strong communication and change management background with the ability to communicate concisely within the nuances of target audiences.
  • Experience working within the Corporate Real Estate industry with knowledge of the end-to-end delivery process for portfolio improvement projects.
  • Experience developing content management strategies. that successfully produces desired outcomes.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and ways to leverage AI for efficient workflow management.
  • Self-starter, able to identify necessary actions to move initiatives forward without direct supervision.
