About The Position

Mapjects is a leading centralized logistics operations portal platform. The platform servers franchises with ERP components that suite the franchise business needs. Mapjects Clearview platform provides one-click distribution, logistics and analysis products to enrich and visualize big data sets from warehousing, fulfillment, fraud detection, payment technology and b2b eCommerce. Principal Business Analyst responsibilities include but not limited to - Gather, analyze, and compose technical information required for preparation of security documentation, handbooks, manuals, training materials, guides, reports, etc. - Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry. - Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. - Collaborate with other engineers to fix source code problems. - Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements. - Attend and contribute to all cross-application alignment meetings and meets frequently with project sponsors and the application teams. - Work with Project Manager, internal and external customers, and application teams to understand business requirements for IT related projects. - Ensure that project schedules are being met, change management. - User Acceptance testing - Strong IT documenting skills . - Responsible for software inspection, implementation, testing, verification and validation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10 years experience in Technical writing, project management concepts, Word processing, graphic, and spreadsheet packages in a microcomputer environment, agile methodologies, structured documentation techniques or other industry-wide standards, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Adobe products
Must possess five (5)+ years as Certified Software Quality Engineer certification
Recent background of serving as a Senior Business Analyst for a minimum of ten (10) years
Must have worked with large project teams
Excellent verbal and written skills
US citizens or Green Card with at least 5 yrs US history ONLY

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and compose technical information required for preparation of security documentation, handbooks, manuals, training materials, guides, reports, etc.
