The Lead Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between agency business units, technical teams, and vendors to gather and refine requirements, create comprehensive system RTM and epics, features, and user stories, work to ensure project deliverables meet business needs, comply with State of Florida standards, and are implemented successfully. This role emphasizes leading JAD and requirements sessions, leading business process analysis, documentation, and deliverables management, with light support for testing and implementation activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and Stakeholder Communication, as well as experience working within the State of Florida or other large government environments.
