About The Position

As Lead Brand Manager for The Balvenie and House of Hazelwood, you'll be responsible for developing and executing bold brand strategies that bring these brands' distinctive characters to life. You'll oversee brand campaigns, innovation projects, and partnerships that strengthen our position in culture and in the hearts of whisky drinkers worldwide. Working closely with cross-functional teams, global markets, and agency partners, you'll ensure best-in-class activation, compelling storytelling, and commercial impact. From creative development to performance tracking, you'll manage the full brand journey with ownership and accountability

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of brand management experience at a world-class CPG company or alcohol beverage company, ideally both
  • Proven experience in FMCG or spirits, you bring a track record of leading successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Equally comfortable with creative ideation and data-driven analysis
  • Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, and a flair for storytelling are essential.
