Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional brand design experience.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders on high-impact projects independently.
  • A proven track record of building a brand guide from the ground up.
  • Strong experience creating brand assets across various mediums and platforms.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Advanced Figma skills, including collaborative and scalable design systems.
  • Excellent typography and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality creative work under tight deadlines.
  • Awareness of design and industry trends, transforming insights into fresh presentations.
  • Self-driven with ownership, capable of leading projects end-to-end.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting work and providing constructive feedback.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to feedback.
  • Solid understanding of brand trust.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, create, develop, and maintain the Brand Guide while keeping it current and refreshed.
  • Manage and execute brand design projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance.
  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing feedback to enhance team output.
  • Ensure consistency of the visual identity by understanding the brand and guiding asset creation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of content and creative assets.
  • Serve as the visual branding expert, communicating brand standards and ensuring effective use.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams for cohesive brand expression.
  • Stay updated with design trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the brand design function.
