Requirements

  • 3+ years bartending experience (high volume and or craft preferred)
  • Experience in leading cocktail or beverage programs
  • Strong knowledge of spirits and bar operations
  • Ability to train and lead without ego
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Balancing creativity with cost control and profitability
  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Possess a valid alcohol service certification, or be able to obtain one, is preferred
