Requirements

Must be 21 or older
Must have at least 1-year experience as a bartender and server
Passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
Must be able to work with a minimum amount of supervision under varying conditions
Flexibility to work varied hours, days, including some holidays

Responsibilities

Serve guests in a friendly manner; attending to the needs of each individual
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly to patrons following standard recipes
Responsible for totaling bill, accepting payment, and making correct change for guests
Request identification from guests and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Stock bar with liquor, beer, and wine
Clean glassware and stock bar with the appropriate amount of glasses
Other responsibilities that may be assigned
Oversee inventory, placing orders weekly
