About The Position

The beautiful Sun Outdoors Ocean City is seeking a Lead Bartender to join our dynamic team! The Lead Bartender will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing operations at the pool and Tiki bars.

Requirements

Prior bartending experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
High school education preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Basic computer proficiency, including email and internet use.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the bartending team, including selection, training, scheduling, and development.
Ensure all team members comply with company policies and procedures.
Organize work schedules to provide consistent coverage and excellent service.
Greet guests, answer phones courteously, and complete transactions accurately.
Maintain clean, well-stocked, and attractively displayed merchandise and inventory.
Report shortages to management.
Perform opening and closing duties for shifts as assigned.
Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper operation.
Other duties as assigned.
