About The Position

On Tap, located at the Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee, is looking for a talented person to join our team as our Lead Bartender. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar job role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependability and regular attendance.
• Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bartenders in their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Provide initial training for new bartenders and lead ongoing training for all Bartenders when required.
• Effectively complete opening and closing duties as needed.
• Complete all of the functions of a Bartender.
• Handle service recovery issues with a friendly and calm attitude.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Bartenders regularly.
• Any other additional duties as assigned by management.
