Position Overview: As a Lead Bartender, you will serve as a senior member of the bar team, setting the tone for service, quality, and hospitality. You will lead by example behind the bar, ensuring consistency in our cocktails, guest interactions, and overall experience. Working closely with the bar team and front-of-house staff, you’ll help maintain smooth service flow while upholding the standards that define our brand. From introducing guests to our concept and crafting signature cocktails to supporting teammates during busy shifts, your presence behind the bar will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences and keep guests coming back.

Requirements

  • Serve as a go-to resource for bartenders and barbacks during service.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktail offerings to confidently make guest recommendations.
  • Ensure recipes, batching, and presentation standards are consistently followed.
  • Assist with bar setup and breakdown, including preparing fresh batches and slicing garnishes.
  • Support barbacks with stocking and replenishing bar items as needed.
  • Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar area and restaurant.
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and health regulation standards at all times.
  • Step in to support high-volume service and help maintain smooth flow during peak hours.
  • Contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment through clear communication and teamwork.
  • Provide guidance and support to newer bartenders when needed.
