As our Lead Banquet Cook, you ensure we are meeting our mission to provide our members with consistent, well-prepared, and diverse cuisine. You do this by fostering a culture of education, professionalism, and passion in each team member. You plan, organize, control, and direct the daily services of all banquets and catering events. With care, you oversee the preparation, planning, and production of all menu items to ensure we are always serving quality food and following health and sanitation guidelines. As a leader, you review banquet event orders, brief the banquet kitchen staff, and delegate work.
