About The Position

Description Key Responsibilities Store Opening & Morning Production Open the store Monday–Friday at 6:00 AM Complete all opening procedures, equipment startup, and kitchen setup Produce all required products before the store opens at 9:00 AM Ensure displays and prep areas are fully stocked and ready for service Mochi Donut Production Prepare, mix, fry, glaze, and finish mochi donuts independently Maintain consistency in size, texture, flavor, and appearance Korean Corn Dogs Prepare, batter, fry, and finish Korean corn dogs to company standards Boba Drink Preparation Brew teas, prepare boba pearls and toppings, and set up drink stations Ensure proper ratios, consistency, and food safety standards Dubai Chocolate Products Prepare, assemble, and package Dubai chocolate products according to recipes and presentation guidelines Food Safety & Compliance Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations Monitor temperatures, cleanliness, and cross-contamination prevention Packaging & Presentation Package and display all products to ensure quality, freshness, and visual appeal Inventory & Ingredient Prep Prep ingredients, rotate stock, and communicate low inventory items Minimize waste through proper handling and storage Cleaning & Organization Maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout the shift Clean equipment, tools, and workstations according to standards Team Collaboration Coordinate with other team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Must be punctual and reliable for early-morning opening shifts
  • Food Manager Health License (Required)
  • Must hold a valid Food Manager / Food Protection Manager Health License
  • Previous experience producing food in a kitchen or bakery environment preferred
  • Attention to Detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines before opening
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Food Manager Health Certification (Required)
  • Must hold a valid Food Manager / Food Protection Manager Certification
  • Certification must remain current and in good standing
  • Must be available Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Must be punctual and reliable for early-morning opening shifts
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Food Safety & Sanitation Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health department compliance
  • Ability to follow and enforce proper food handling procedures independently
  • Independent Work Capability
  • Ability to work independently during early production hours without direct supervision
  • Comfortable opening the store and preparing production for the day
