Requirements

7+ years of experience in service writing, with 10+ years being ideal
Experience working with auto, tire, and commercial vehicle repair businesses
Experience in general repair, commercial fleet maintenance, and/or fast-paced commercial tire repair facilities
Strong customer service skills
High-performing oral and written communication skills
Ability to set and drive weekly/monthly sales goals throughout All-Pro Fleet Services
Ability to authorize repairs for multiple fleet repair technicians
Ability to understand and drive results concerning technician efficiency and scheduling repair orders
