About The Position

The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering top-quality automotive service. You’ll help manage day-to-day shop operations, support and train technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction. Midas (Orlando) is looking for a Lead Mechanic who’s not just great with tools — but great with people.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive experience
- Proven leadership & diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a skilled team of technicians
- Diagnose and repair all makes and models (brakes, suspension, engine, A/C, diagnostics & more)
