About The Position
Looking for an experienced Lead Detailer to help grow and manage our detail department. Our Detailers are a vital member of our reconditioning team. Detailers are responsible for creating a great customer experience by providing quality and clean vehicles. Our detail team takes great pride in their working making sure every vehicle is frontline ready.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in automotive detail
- Dependable and strong work ethic
- Able to self-manage
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and move freely in and around vehicles
- Must be 18 year or older with valid drivers license
Responsibilities
- Operate car wash machinery
- Clean vehicles thoroughly inside and out
- Vacuum, shampoo, stain removal as needed
- Deodorize interior
- Clean windows and mirrors inside and out
- Detail all interior trim pieces
- Verify appropriate signage in all vehicles
- Maintaining a high standard and quality of service
- Occasional brush touching and buffing
- Responsible for maintaining a tidy work space and cleaning supplies
