Lead Associate, Manufacturing (A Shift - Pack)

About The Position

Reporting to the Supervisor, you will work onsite on the shop floor employee in manufacturing operations. You will provide the technical skill-sets necessary to manufacture high quality biologicals safely in a compliant, efficient, and cost-effective manner and help lead a team of associates. Shift: Day Hours: 5:45AM-5:45PM Follow 2-2-3 schedule Responsibilities: Provide production support, setting up production procedures and labels Review and maintain GMP production support documentation /departmental databases and spreadsheets Assist with investigations; reviews operational and process discrepancies in manufacturing Complete process steps according to defined SOPs and BPRs. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical education Expert knowledge of cGMP requirements required Experience completing SOPs and documenting work required 5+ years' production experience Experience completing SOPs and documenting work Basic mechanical aptitude or knowledge of electronic / mechanical equipment preferred. Requirements
