Carroll Daniel Engineering is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to join our Food and Beverage Division. This role leads to the development of architectural solutions from early concepts through construction, collaborating closely with operations, preconstruction, structural, and other engineering disciplines to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with project schedules. The Lead Architect works directly with clients and internal teams to translate project goals into coordinated design solutions that meet functional, regulatory, and budget requirements. Working alongside the Director of Preconstruction and Operations teams, the Lead Architect ensures the owner’s objectives are realized, Carroll Daniel’s project goals are achieved, and the design remains fully integrated with construction execution. Serving as the central point of coordination between the Owner, design consultants, Carroll Daniel teams, and subcontractors, the Lead Architect drives project success by maintaining focus on client satisfaction, team effectiveness, risk mitigation, financial performance, quality, and schedule. This role balances design intent with constructability to deliver successful design-build projects. The F&B Lead Architect operates within the Design Department but will exclusively serve the Food and Beverage Division.
