Job Summary: The Lead Application Support Analyst is responsible for driving enhancements to the portfolio of Specialty Prescription software, ensuring that enterprise-level applications run smoothly, and providing expert-level troubleshooting and issue resolution. This role works closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to maintain application health, optimize performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The Lead Application Support Analyst will develop process documentation, identify technology solutions, and contribute to strategic decisions regarding application support and improvements.
