Role Summary As a Lead Analyst, Service Analytics, you will be responsible to support the Business Operations and Strategic Planning organization in measuring performance and driving optimization across Rivian Service. You will play a critical role in providing data, analysis, and insights that drive productivity and efficiency. You may support business partners across our end-to-end Service operations, ranging from Service Centers, mobile service, call centers, parts logistics, quality, and related programs. You'll work cross-functionally to build dashboards, analyze operational performance, and support strategic initiatives with accurate and actionable data insights.
