Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Human Resource, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in incentive administration or sales/business operations
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, particularly when analyzing incentive results
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with incentive compensation management tools (e.g. Xactly, Varicent, Callidus, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage sales team incentive compensation plans, ensuring accurate tracking, calculation, and timely payouts to eligible staff
  • Maintain data accuracy within incentive compensation systems and tools
  • Audit incentive data and payout results to identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with documentation, templates, and system updates for compensation plans and participant information
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. HR, Finance, etc) to ensure incentive programs comply with internal policies and business objectives
  • Provide ad-hoc compensation data, reporting, and insights to business leaders as needed
