The Lead Analyst, Marketplace Seller Management will lead internal and external research and/or benchmarking, lead review/analyze customer information and other relevant data, conduct analysis, and guide the team in communicating insights and recommendations for their assigned sellers for both onboarding and ongoing performance management. The Lead Analyst will track, analyze, report, and lead final key performance metrics to ensure activities for their assigned sellers are meeting strategic and financial objectives and ensure all issues and opportunities are addressed in a timely manner. This role will actively create action plans and delegate and/or execute to address key opportunity areas. The Lead Analyst will serve as a member of a team of peers and will be expected to help coach and develop/lead less experienced analysts.
