The Lead Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) provides clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral health prescriber services while delivering high-quality, integrated patient care. This role supports psychiatric and substance use treatment through direct patient services, staff supervision, and collaboration on clinical protocols, quality assurance, and program development. The Lead APRN serves as a clinical role model, ensuring evidence-based, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed care across assigned programs.
