About The Position

In this role, you will: Develop and support high-performing Physician Assistants to drive strong patient and organizational outcome Provide leadership for Physician Assistants at their specific clinic location Collaborate with the Medical Director, Psychiatrists, and Operations to ensure high-quality, evolving mental health care Performance coaching to the Physician Assistant team Support recruitment and training efforts Ensure proper provider onboarding and training in alignment with organizational policies and clinic needs Maintain knowledge of facility policies and procedures and work with Operations and HR teams when necessary Facilitate clear communication and transparency across departments Communicate effectively and consistently with the Medical Director/Supervising Physician

Requirements

  • Active Illinois PA license
  • Master's degree from an accredited physician assistant program
  • Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • DEA license (required prior to seeing patients)
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Base Salary: $115,000-$150,000, commensurate to years of experience (plus bonus earning potential)
