Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT Position Purpose: The Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Analyst serves as a critical link between customer data and business strategy using advanced analytics capabilities to translate complex behavioral pattern into clear, actionable recommendations. This role leverages Adobe CJA to unify online and offline data sources, map comprehensive customer journeys, and deliver cross-channel analytics that enable stakeholders to optimize the end-to-end customer experience and achieve measurable business outcomes. Create, modify, and maintain dashboards and reporting for an assigned feature set in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) workspaces. Monitor dashboards to identify anomalies and unexpected behavior; investigate root causes and communicate findings and recommendations to partners. Validate new tracking implementations in lower-level environments to ensure adherence to analytics standards prior to release. Presents data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, soliciting and incorporating feedback when required Partner with agile development teams by attending daily standups (rotating across 1 of 4–6 teams) to stay aligned on priorities, releases, and measurement needs. Leads the work to interpret and analyze complex data from multiple sources including claims, provider, member, and encounters data. Proactively identifies and assesses the business impact of trends Oversees the root-cause analysis of data irregularities and implements approved solutions Leads multiple complex and variable tasks and data review processes with no supervision within targeted timelines and provides leadership in a demanding, quickly changing environment Leads the efforts of data profiling and source to target mapping. Leads the work on complex data integration from disparate sources. Applies advanced expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understands how customers interact with analytic products Supports multiple functions and levels of the organization and effectively, both verbally and visually, communicates findings and insights to non-technical business partners Engages with customers and business partners to gather requirements and validate results Presents data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, soliciting and incorporating feedback when required Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 5 – 7 years of related experience.
  • Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
  • Experience with Big Data
  • Data Processing Experience with Data Manipulation
  • Data Mining Experience with one or more of the following Programming Tools; Python (Programming Language); SQL (Programming Language)
  • Experience with Agile Software Development
  • Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
  • Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Intermediate - Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics preferred
  • Demonstrated experience building custom reports and dashboards using Adobe CJA workspaces preferred
  • Extensive experience translating business goals into digital analytics tracking requirements and success metrics
  • Ability to critically evaluate designs to ensure alignment with business objectives and to assess potential impact on site/app performance measurement
  • Strong data visualization skills and the ability to demonstrate value without relying on traditional sales data
