The Lead Acquisition Manager, is responsible for nurturing leads from acquisition to becoming a client at Relive. They must be personable, possess proper phone etiquette as well as a sales approach, and obtain basic knowledge of all products and services exclusive to Relive health including hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, IV therapy, and medical aesthetics. The Lead Acquisition Manager is responsible for initiating prospective client conversations through phone calls, texts, and emails, nurturing leads throughout the process of booking, answering questions about services, gathering insight on potential client objectives, booking appointments, some schedule management, and CRM management. This individual is the first point of contact for all leads and is responsible for working the leads through the conversion process. They will have direct contact with the staff at Relive and work together to ensure that the needs and expectations of the prospective client are met. The individual’s performance will be graded on specific data points and key performance indicators.
