Review financial transactions for accuracy and approve in the state accounting system (SMART). Transactions include accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel and expense reimbursement, purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and credit card purchases. Provide training and assistance to the accounting staff as the team lead Distribute work to accounting staff and ensure all items are completed timely Provide assistance to the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Financial Officer as needed, including financial reporting and other financial research projects Serve as the accounting staff liaison to all Judicial Branch employees, including district court staff, and provide assistance as needed Serve as financial contact person for outside vendors that do business with OJA Participate in annual projects, including inventory (asset) reviews and budget preparation, as needed
