About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote LATAM Account Executive. In this role, you will be the key driver of client retention and growth within the Large Enterprise territory. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with C-Level Executives and collaborate closely with their teams to align on mission-critical priorities. Your efforts will ensure that clients maximize the value they receive from our partner's offerings, while simultaneously identifying new opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. This role is essential in shaping a positive client experience and achieving significant revenue milestones.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience in complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Experience in selling to and influencing C-Level Executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and forecast a complex sales process.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive value delivery with current clients, ensuring they maximize the value of services.
  • Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality sales opportunities to meet established KPIs.
  • Manage quota responsibilities for your assigned territory.
  • Oversee complex high-revenue sales in diverse business environments.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and account planning.
