We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Silver Spring, Maryland . In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide vital clinical services to individuals coping with a variety of diagnoses, including severe mental illness. Your responsibilities will encompass individual, family, and group therapy, alongside treatment planning and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, ensuring top-notch mental health care delivery to our consumers. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions for those who sign-on by September 30th! Requirements

  • Licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C)
  • Maryland state licensure in mental health services
  • Able to provide clinical supervision to interns and LMSW therapists
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team for treatment planning and evaluation
  • Prepare socio-psychiatric case history information and treatment plans
