The Lawson Infor Functional Systems Lead plays a key role in supporting and advancing the organization’s Infor Lawson and Infor CloudSuite applications that underpin critical hospital operations. This role is part of a front‑line ERP team that leads system implementations, supports acquisitions, and partners with the organization during periods of growth and change. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping integrate new entities, modernize systems, and ensure seamless transitions that support patient care and business continuity. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role where you will serve as a trusted functional partner to clinical, financial, and operational teams. As the primary IT point of contact for assigned functional areas, you will help ensure data integrity, lead and coordinate testing efforts, configure system functionality, develop reports, and analyze workflows to improve efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance. You will be actively involved in CloudSuite and Lawson upgrades, implementations, and post‑go‑live support, working closely with IT and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. In addition to your functional contributions, you will help strengthen the team by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and promoting best practices.
