About The Position

got Lawn? Tree and Turf Care is seeking an experienced Lawn Treatment Service Manager to lead our skilled team and ensure our clients' lawns remain healthy, vibrant, and well-maintained. In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, support and mentor technicians, and help ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. Your leadership will be key in maintaining excellence and fostering a strong team culture. Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum three (3) years of experience in lawn care services/treatments (e.g., fertilization, tree and shrub care, aeration, weed control, fungicide treatments)
At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in lawn care treatments
Required certifications, licenses, and registrations per state and federal regulations
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and current liability auto insurance
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card; must be 21 years of age or older
Experience with equipment and vehicle maintenance
Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar software
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Coach and train lawn specialists to ensure safe and accurate treatment applications
Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct interviews, hire team members, and maintain a positive work environment
Uphold standards for safety, efficiency, and service delivery
Manage the use, maintenance, and repair of treatment equipment
