Landscaping by J. Michael is looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Lawn Maintenance team. As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be an important part of our day-to-day operations, helping keep our clients’ properties clean, healthy, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in lawn maintenance or similar outdoor work
- Experience using commercial mowers, aerators, de-thatchers, string trimmers, and related equipment
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Health Card
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow direction
Responsibilities
- Maintain weekly mow, edge, and trim routes for commercial and residential accounts
- Perform weeding, pruning, and general bed maintenance
- Assist in accurately recording completed work using a tablet or digital system
- Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and tools
- Work closely with your crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently
