About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a pivotal figure, you will oversee a team of 3-5 crew members, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of landscaping tasks. You will utilize a variety of tools, such as mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools, to expertly trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain plants and foliage.

Requirements

Crew Leader Experience: Must possess 1-2 years of experience in a Crew Leader role.
Experience: Lawn maintenance and/or landscape installation experience is essential.
Availability: Must be available to work extended hours from Monday to Friday.
Leadership Skills: Effective leadership skills to manage and guide your team.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a crew of 3-5 members, ensuring effective teamwork and task execution.
Utilize mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools to expertly trim grass and edge lawn areas.
Maintain nearby plants and foliage to uphold an impeccable appearance.
