About The Position

We currently have a full-time position available for a Lawn Maintenance Account Manager with experience in the landscape industry. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for our maintenance clients, building and sustaining long-term relationships that ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You will be responsible to perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met and resolve any client concerns, leading to securing contract renewals. Your sales responsibilities will include business and relationship development with new and existing clients by proactively presenting site enhancement ideas, upselling and cross-selling our services and creating accurate estimates for projects that maintain acceptable gross margins in line with the company's financial goals. Also in this position, you will assist in the leadership of the team and provide field support to maintenance production supervisors and crews. You will coordinate with your department administrator to ensure client databases are up to date, as well as maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels. Are you the Right Fit? Requirements

  • 3 years of minimum account management experience in the lawn maintenance industry
  • An associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace
