Schedule: Mon - Sat How You'll Make an Impact: As a member of ABC’s Lawn Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our customers. Your work will enhance the appearance of lawns and gardens, ensuring our clients enjoy lush, well-manicured outdoor spaces. Requirements

To apply for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years of lawn maintenance experience.
Do you hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application? (Only needed if assigned as a driver)
Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time.
Ability to deliver quality work on a consistent basis.
Accountability and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain good composure.
Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round.
English speaking is preferred but not required.
Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application if you are assigned as a driver.

Responsibilities

Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner.
Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, i.e., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, ice, etc., and load them in the truck and trailer.
Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader.
Become familiar with customers’ expectations and service contracts.
Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
