About The Position

We are a small, local, family-owned Lawn Doctor location looking for the right person to join our crew for our active season (Early spring through late fall). This is a seasonal position with strong opportunity to return each year and grow with us. If you want a desk job where no one talks to you, this isn’t it. If you like working outside, being trusted to run your own day, and being part of a tight-knit team that works hard and laughs a lot, keep reading. You do not need experience. You should: Enjoy working outside (sun, light rain, bugs, dogs — the usual) Be willing to learn lawn care and become a certified pesticide applicator (we train and support this) Be a self-starter who can manage your day without constant supervision Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Have common sense and strong problem-solving ability Be organized and take pride in your work Be reliable and trustworthy Have a safe, clean driving record (you will drive company vehicles daily) Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to grow You will spend most of your day working independently, so this role is best for someone who is self-motivated and dependable.
