About The Position

Essential Functions: Apply fertilizers and weed control products (we'll train you on how to do it safely and correctly). Learn how to identify common lawn weeds, pests, and diseases. Operate spreaders, sprayers, and other equipment (again, full training provided). Talk with customers and provide friendly, helpful service. Keep detailed notes on products used and services performed. Work outside daily — getting plenty of fresh air, sunshine, and steps. Wage Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position. The Perks: Paid training — we invest in your success. Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and punctual
• Enjoys working outdoors in all types of weather
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
